Save the HOKIE Bird

SAVE A TURKEY:
GOBBLE A BOOK
BLOG HOP TOUR (NOV 14-21)

Welcome to my hop!!!!!

So one of the best parts about Thanksgiving in our house is the fact that my husband is a Virgina Tech Hokie. For those of you not familiar with what a Hokie is, it's a Turkey. Now why oh Why would a school have a turkey as their mascot when they know they will be playing on Thanksgiving day?...Just sayin.

Yes when the turkey comes out or gets stuffed or any number of things that happen to the poor bird on turkey day my hubby has to hear about it. TEE HEE.

Anyway here is what I am thankful for this year. I am thankful for my family and friends. I am thankful that I still have a home in this economy. I am thankful for my fans that keep buying my books and I am thankful for the encouragement I get from so many to keep writing.

I am also thrilled to have a new release

It's a shared world series, meaning that the  setting remains the same and there are characters that will weave in and out of all the tales but they will all be written by different authors each bringing their own style and skill to the series, each one adding to the world for the next author.

Shifting Hearts is the first Story in The Wiccan Haus series check it out at Musa Publishing.

Sometimes it takes losing everything to find the one thing you need. The last of his kind…

Rekkus is the last of the great Black Tiger weres and he is happy to stay that way. Working as security for the Wiccan Haus, a magical spa for inner healing, he has enough danger – and women – to keep him busy. Unfortunately, the Fates are not content with him being comfortable.

Alone and discouraged…

Dana has walked away from all she has known, her fiancĂ©, family, apartment, and job. Now, having a ticket to the Wiccan Haus may be the only way she can move on. But what she finds isn’t what she expects, nor is it what she thought she was looking for.

Meet the unusual residents of the Wiccan Haus. The staff can get a little hairy and not all of the guests eat what’s served in the dining hall. But the proprietors always do what they can to make the resort into a place of healing and peace, using all of their years of practice. At the Haus, where humans and Paras reside side-by-side, everyone in need of the Rowan siblings’ services are welcome.

WELCOME TO THE WICCAN HAUS.

What Para you would like to see in the Wiccan Haus series:
Shifters! But maybe not just the usual "predator" ones, maybe animals that would traditionally be prey or something.

what you are most thankful for this year: MY FAMILY :) They're awesome, and without them, I'd be screwed.

  11. I really like the sound of the Wiccan Haus series. Decadent Publishing has the 1Night Stand series with multiple authors who are doing multiple books. Is Wiccan Haus going to be like that or will each author only get one book in the series?

What I'm most thankful for seems to change on a daily basis. Today it's that even with the current rotten economy, my families business is able to keep the doors open.

There are so many great para types out there it's hard to chose, but I've really enjoyed some of the stories that I've read with Empaths, so I'll go with that.

  18. Hey! Great hop and giveaway! I LOVE shifters...let's see, how about something that's not usual...like, I don't know...a Longhorn bull? They aren't really hunters...but they could be dangerous, with those horns and their attitudes, I guess?!? LOL!
Onto your other question...I'm thankful for my friends, family, my 9 beautiful grandchildren, my pretty little white 16 yr old green eyed cat and...for all the books I win! Happy Thanksgiving!
